Happy 5 Month!!

It has been so fun watching Lilija's personality start to shine. She is easily amused (wonder where she got that from?!) very easy going with the occasional high maintenance moments. I guess the world DOES revolve around her right now! In the last month she learned to roll over and likes to do that whenever you put her down...or try to change her. Carl and I are going to try feeding her "food" for the first time tonight. It should be very interesting...I wonder how much is going to go ON her and not IN her mouth!!

21 Weeks

Not willing to smile on cue yet...she thinks the most appropriate time is right after I take the picture. Stinker!!

20 Weeks

20 weeks old and discovering more every day! Plus...love the double chin!

19 Weeks Old

Smiley baby girl at 18 weeks. She is starting to laugh a lot and is one of the happiest babies I have ever met. Not that I've met a lot of babies but she sure is happy!

Grand Marais/Lutsen 2008

We just got back from our yearly trip to the North Shore. *sigh* It was a very different year to say the least. First we had the addition of two babies to our crew (SMACK MR T has now become SMACK MR T, LJ!!) and we also had the privilege of staying in a HUGE house in Lutsen. It was a change from heating water over the fire for dishes to starting the washer. Sometimes electricity is a blessing...especailly with two little babies! On the flip side we didn't get the chance to have a campfire. (pout) However we're planning on getting together very soon at one of our houses to have a bon-fire and eat smores. Oh...another fabulous perk was the 4 person hottub right outside of our room.
