2 Months Old

Our little Cashew is already 2 months old! We are really starting to settle into a routine and Calah is as well. She is now sleeping at least 5-6 hours at night and every few nights she'll sleep through the night. Yea!

Highlights from the last month:
- Really talking up a storm.
- Rolled over.
- Has started to giggle and laugh.
- Discovered her hands.

Up North

On Thursday, July 8th, my Grandma Marge went home to be with Jesus and Grandpa (along with all the other Saints). It really was a home going celebration for her. Here are some fun moments from the weekend. I LOVE MY FAMILY!!
Lilija reading to Leif and Kale. She said, "Come on, sit down! I read one book." They smiled, sat down, and listened. :)
Breakfast on the porch. The only thing better is breakfast in Grand Marais!
Leif giving rides to Kale and Lilija. Later he filled the wagon with water (with Lilija still inside) and took her over the jump. Water went flying everywhere! Keri and I joked that it looked like a redneck flume!

Surprise Baby Shower

Grandma Corbett and Robert threw us a surprise baby shower a couple weeks ago. She told us it was a family get-together but it was actually a beautiful baby shower and belated Father's Day party. How fun!

Splash Park

This week Nichol (who used to watch Lilija) and her girls plus the Corbett Girls headed to Splash park in Princeton. We had such a fun time hanging out, chatting, and watching the girls run around. On our way out the girls were all holding hands...it was such a cute site and of course I didn't have my camera handy. *sigh*
