5 Months Old - The Outtakes

I could not get her to stay in position. She was either tying to play with the puppy, paper, or trying to sit forward. I think I went through this same thing with Lilija. I guess the "traditional shot" is out the window for now. Oh well!

Calah: "Listen here puppy, I told you to sit still! Or maybe that's what Mama was trying to tell me.""Yum. Stuffed puppy ear. My favorite!"
"Whatever. This is so, like, totally lame."
"Really, are we done yet? I think I need a new butt...yeah...definitely a new butt. High-5 puppy!!"

5 Months Old

Ok. So, you can't see the "5" on the sign, but you'll just have to take my word for it! Our little Calah girl has turned into quite the mover in the last month! And yes, the "traditional" pose didn't work this month (see 5 Month Old - The Outtakes).

Here are the highlights:

• First haircut! (Yes, already. She was rocking a mow-hawk...and she still is...just a tamer version.)
• Rolled over. She made it look pretty easy and figured it out pretty quick.
• Can get some BIG AIR in her jumper!
• Is working on crawling.
• Is starting to sit up on her own.
