First stage! Notice the smiling face and Carl is nice and relaxed in the background. This was at about 5:30am.
Next stage. Contractions are getting stronger but I'm still able to smile afterwords. Starting to get cold...a sign that hormones are starting to rush through my body. This is about 9:00am. Fun fact - Right before you have a baby you have the equivalent of 100 birth control pills worth of hormones coursing through you. Interesting huh?
Went for a walk. Had to stop and really focus on relaxing. 1:00pm
4:30pm - Things really started to ramp up at this point. Final stage of labor here we come! That means that a baby is on the way...
